The Formal Lounge overlooks the Front Garden and the Court. It is very comfortable and tastefully furnished and has 2 Reclying Sofas. It has Cable TV and DVD/VCR along with an XBox and Games to keep the children of all ages happy.

The family Room has lovely views overlooking the lake. It has patio doors leading out onto the pool area. It is comfortable and tastefully furnished & has Cable TV, DVD, VCR and Stereo. It has a selection of DVD & Video Films along with a selection of books & board games to suit all the family.

The master bedroom overlooks the lake and wildlife. It has patio doors leading out onto to the pool area. It has a large walk in wardrobe, ceiling fan, Cable TV, DVD and a phone. It has a large en-suite bathroom with a step in shower, bath tub, vanity unit with his and her double sinks and a separate toilet. There is a hairdryer, weighing scales and plenty of towels in the bathroom.

The 2nd Master Bedroom is comfortably furnished and has a large fitted wardrobe, Ceiling Fan, Cable TV and DVD. It has a full en-suite bathroom with a bath with shower over, vanity unit with sink and toilet. It has a hairdryer and plenty of towels in the bathroom.

Our home is situated on a Court overlooking a lake and wildlife. Therefore our home is not directly overlooked at the back or the front of the house and gives us a lot more room between the homes next door than is usual. |

We have 2 twin bedrooms. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans, cable TV and either DVD or VCR. Both these bedrooms share a 3rd full bathroom. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, vanity unit with sink and toilet, hairdryer and plenty of towels.

The pool area is extended to make the most of the Florida sunshine. There is always somewhere to relax in the sun whatever time of day. It is a wonderfull place to relax at the end of a busy day. We have 4 comfortable sunloungers and side tables. We have an outdoor dining table & chairs under the lanai to enable you to have a meal al-fresco shaded from the sun. We have a removable safety fence for around the pool and both doors leading onto the pool area are alarmed so that no child can wander out alone unoticed. The pool can be heated at an extra charge of £80 per week. The Hot Tub is heated free of charge 24/7. We have lots of wildlife including Exotic Birds, Florida Cranes and Ducks that visit us daily to be fed. We also have turtles that bask at the side of the lake. |
