The master bedroom has patio doors opening out onto the extended pool area. It has a large en-suite bathroom that has a large corner bath, fitted vanity unit with his and her double sinks, large step in shower and a separate toilet, hairdryer and plenty of towels. 

The second master bedroom also has en-suite bathroom with bath with shower over, a vanity unit with sink & a toilet,  hairdryer and plenty of towels.

There 2 further twin bedrooms that share a 3rd full bathroom.

All the bedrooms have cable TV and either DVD or VCR and they all have ceiling fans.

All the bathrooms have hairdryers and all the bedlinen and towels, including beach towels are provided.

For baby we supply a travel cot with bedding, high chair, buggy and baby rocking seat.

There is a telephone in the kitchen and a telephone in the master bedroom. With these you can phone locally free of charge. For international calls you can buy a phone card to use with our phones. We find the best are from any 7/11 where for $23 including tax you receive 9 hours of call time to the United Kingdom. You can even use it to phone mobile phones.

The front formal lounge is tastefully furnished and has 2 & 3 seater reclining sofas. It has cable TV and DVD/VCR combi along with an X BOX with several games to keep children of all ages happy!

The family room with vaulted ceiling has doors opening onto the pool area. It comfortably furnished and has cable TV, VCR/DVD and HI FI. There are several DVD and Video films along with several board games and books to suit all the family.

If you prefer to dine at home, catering is made easy with all the modern appliances that you should need, including a large cooker, over range microwave, large fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the crockery and cutlery that you should need.

The separate laundry room has a Washer, Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board.

OUR LARGE GAMES ROOM HAS A POOL TABLE - TABLE TOP FOOTBALL - AIR HOCKEY GAME - ELECTRONIC DARTS AND 2 BIKES. It is comfortably furnished with 2 settees, side tables and a portable CD player.

The extended 32ft pool and 36 Jet Therapeutic Hot Tub are a wonderful way to relax at the end of a busy day. They have lovely views overlooking a lake that has a fountain that is lit up at night. The hot tub is heated all the time FREE OF CHARGE - allowing you to enjoy it any time of the day or night. There are 4 sunloungers, side tables and a table and chairs under the lanai to enable you to have a meal outside shaded from the sun. There is also an outside shower. For the childrens safety we have a removable safety fence for around the pool and both patio doors leading to the pool area are alarmed so that no child can wander out alone unoticed.
